Love Liberates, PLLC is a Chicago-based psychotherapy and consulting practice.

All of our work is rooted in trauma-responsive, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA2S-affirming, client-centered, and harm-reductionist practices and frameworks that support bridging the mind/body connection.

Individual Therapy

We work with both youth and adults who are navigating the impacts of trauma, oppression, grief, loss, loneliness, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship/ communication challenges.

Relationship Therapy

We work with intimate partners who are navigating challenges associated with balancing their needs for interdependence and connection with their needs for individuality and differentiation.

Consulting

We work with groups (institutions and organizations) who wish to collectively explore and commit to practices (policies, procedures) and behaviors (communication, decision-making, etc.) that support and enable a deeper understanding of, and capacity to create, more just and liberated cultures.
